This dress is brand new, unworn, and unaltered. It is a beautiful dress with cap sleeves, a tulle skirt and train, and a delicately beaded bodice. I fell in love with this dress as soon as I tried it on and purchased it immediately. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying my dress before selecting my venue. After I chose my venue, this dress just wasn't the right "look" for the place, so I ended up purchasing a second dress.
